Old Republic English Bulldogs began out of a mission to make available healthy bulldog puppies for all families that want to add the joy of a bulldog to their homes. We are dedicated to the proper treatment, health, and temperament of the Bulldog breed in each litter we have.
This is not for the faint of heart, as bulldog puppies are a special kind of commitment. Before we begin breeding we have each of our dogs genetically tested through Embark to rule out 160+ possible diseases. We identify color, patters and health qualities through the DNA testing to choose the best Stud for breeding which we require to also be DNA tested. We focus on selecting the correct stud and making sure the Dam is healthy during pregnancy, all the way up until the litter is born. Then we spend hundreds of hours with each litter to make sure they thrive while they grow into healthy, well adjusted pups, ready for their new home at 8-10 weeks.
We grow to love each and every one of these puppies, and watching them go to their new family who is so excited to welcome them is the greatest joy that a breeder can have!

While we strive to create the healthiest of the breed Bulldogs can still be cost prohibitive. The artificial process of impregnations and delivery as well as the amount of time that goes into raising the puppies make this a more expensive breed. Please know that your Bulldog puppy will need regular vet visits and may have allergies or other items that need regular care so that you are prepared to take our family and treat it as your own.
